As Mama says, “there are two types of people in this world: givers and takers.” If you know you’re a giver find someone who is also a giver. Giver + giver = better chances as a successful relationship. If you’re a giver and you pair up with a taker the relationship will be one sided and you’ll be disappointed more than happy. Giver +taker= one sided relationship. If you’re a taker find a taker while competition may rear its ugly head each side gives the other a run for their money. Taker +taker= competition that may work for some.
I have found myself as a giver; however I choose to date takers. These gentlemen seem like givers at first; however up close they sap your energy, your spirit, and leave you with nothing left for yourself. So how do I find the giver out there? For the time being I have postponed this search until I have recharged my emotional batteries.
