I wish I knew what to write about tonight. I have this urge to express myself, but no words seem to be coming to mind. This has been a long week. Our air conditioning is broke and our house is sweltering! All I do is sit around and sweat. The paxil doesn't help. I am continuing the 15 mg, and the dizzyness is gone. I will continue to take 15 for another week or so and then I will go down to 10 again. I had no idea that this would be such a long and ardous process.

So tonight I am watching Dr. Phil and he has this real prick on there. (Excuse my French!) He is the most conceited person I have ever seen. All he could talk about was himself. I found it humiliating to be even watching him. I wish people wouldn't be so egocentric. There is an entire world out there full of people starving and hurting everyday. War, war, war, it seems to be everywhere. All these soldiers fighting over-seas. And domestic violence and child abuse. It is amazing to me that we can turn on the news and there is Brittany spears or Paris Hilton. What a sad example of the world we live in. How sad that humans have become this way.

I sound so negative but I just wish we could all just get along. Could you imagine a world in which money is not spent on war or to feed that lazy of this country. What if companies spent less money on advertising in movies and movie stars made less than fireman or police offices. What if enterainment tonight featured the uncommon valor of teachers or students who fight their way every day to get an education. Where would this world be if all kids had the opportunity to go to school, focus on school and get an education. What if we were all educated and focused on the good of everyone instead of ourselves? I tell you that there would be no hunger and no disease.! What a wonderful world it would be.

When I pray at night I say a rosary for peace, but sometimes I wonder why I bother. I am going to wake up in the morning in the same selfish world.
