I went for a second interview today. I was interviewed by the Public Affairs manager and the Marketing manager.
The interview went well but I'm not getting my hopes up this time. As experience has taught me, performing well during an interview doesn't guarantee you the job (well, nothing ever does!) Anyway, I did all I could have done. In the end, one of the managers said they're considering 3 people altogether (myself included). She also said she would call next week to let me know if I got the job or not.
I feel bummed out about it because there are 2 others being considered. I think I better start paying more attention to my current job before I get fired for missing too many hours of work!
My boss suspects I'm going for interviews. I feel bad lying so I said I have personal business to take care of.
Oh well. Fingers are crossed.
