| Just you and me |
SOO i kno i posted a blog today already but i just wanted to put this poem up before i went to bed. Enjoy =)
As the moonlight's shining on his face,
she starts to tingle in a familiar place.
They both look into each others eyes,
and they both let out two little sighs.
He moved a piece of hair away from her cheek,
and looked as if he wanted to speak.
But what he did was give her a kiss,
And she said, " I want nothing more than this."
They lay together on the sand,
holding each other hand in hand.
All you could hear is the waves hit the shore,
and see the starry night becoming brighter even more.
They can hear the ocean waves,
calling out to their names.
Saiying it's time for them to set free,
and he said, "Baby it's just you and me."
It's half past twelve and not knowing the time,
they take a walk along the shore with so much on his mind.
He wants to tell her how he feels,
But sometimes he feels like it's not even real.
It's the time to do it, it's what's in his heart,
it's time to tell her his part.
He stops her and goes down on one knee,
He said, "Baby will you marry me?"
He pulls out a box and inside is a ring,
he knows he's doing the right thing.
But when he drew attention to her face,
he knew this was not the time or place.
She knelt with him still nothing said,
this was what he mostly dread.
The love of his life has nothing to say,
or so he thought she was until this day.
What he didn't catch was a smile with glee,
All he heard was, "Baby it's just you and me."
