Here in the region of the United States in which I live, the life for transexual's and homosexual's is extremely hard. I live in the middle of the U.S. in Michigan right on the Ohio border, and in this the american heartland we have far too many homphobes. I believe it was just last month that we had a beating of a trans that lead to his death. The teenage kids that brutally beat him were actually out together that night to do some Gay beatings. I accept any and all people strictly on the way they treat me, and I have stood up to Gay bashers solely because hate crimes are crimes against us all. There are some places here in the U.S. that take trans, gay's, and bi-sexual people without judgement, but that is still pretty limited to San Fransico California which has become a haven for people of a different ilk. That's about all I can tell you.

I am sad to hear that, like i see it, its more easy to be gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered in my country then. Only once ive read about an attack against one homosexual boy, and he died too.
