Dear friend eliminate doubt and increase your trust in the LORD. Now and again man has failed you. when you expected them to remember your birthday or that special day its when they forget. Someone will promise to love you and when the time comes to walk down the aisle s/he will let you down its unfortunate. Promises of man may come to an end or may not even be realized - like politicians who will promise to build bridges where there are no rivers and we vote for them. The one to trust is God, His promises are sure and we can trust in HIM for sure providence in all things and I mean ALL things. David knew God and saw his providence and protection because at a point man betrayed him - My most trusted friend has turned against me, though he ate at my table (Psalms 41:9 CEV). May God give us friends who we can trust and lean on.

It is better to trust and take refuge in the Lord than to put confidence in man.

It is better to trust the LORD for protection than to trust anyone else.
- How often we trust others when we should trust God.
- People will let us down.
- God remains faithful.
- Our part is to trust God and consciously place our trust in Him.
PRAYER: Lord, forgive me for so often placing my hope and trust in others when I should have been trusting You. I place my trust in You right now. Amen.

Indeed our confidence should be in the LORD, trusting HIM always for provision and protection. In this life we may live in fear but God is our refuge lean on HIM.
Lean on God and He will never let you down. |
