View Blog  Target organization so, apparently I work at the busiest Target in AZ and NM, and yet the team leads are saying they want to cut hours. What the fuck? Shouldn't we be getting more if we're busier than anyone else? Whatever. This weekend sucked. We were short around like, 4-7 people, so...well you get the point. And then, they kept switching me out of hard lines and putting me into soft when I've only had around 2 or 3 hours left of work. And they expect the area to look perfect when I leave. Hell no! Go backs alone take a good hour if you're in men's, shoes, and luggage. School tomorrow. Work in the cafeteria at 7am.
