So I'm single, i have been for a long time. Part of the reason has to do with my ability to run from commitment just at the last second. The other part has something to do with my new found confedance issues. I was always the girl who would tell you to your face if i had a problem, I was always the girl surounded by guys. But I was also the chunky girl in my group of friends. I wasn't cocky but I was ok with who I was. Well almost completely. But suddenly, It's not ok anymore. Why?
What in my life has made my views of myself change?
Oh I think I know. You see, I haven't been trying to get a date or trying to find that "special someone" at all. I'm 19, I have college, university, trying to get a job, friends, volunteer work, etc. No time for all that drama. I have my whole future ahead. So I met this charming young man (22) and we are supposed to go on a casual date to his place for a movie and such this wednsday. I went to try on cloths at a strore, but... nothing fit. this is always an issue for chunky girls around the world so I knew what i was up aginst when i went there. But for some reason I just broke down in my head, did'nt buy anything and went home upset...
I don't know what went wrong. But what ever it was I can't shake the feeling, so now Im at home feeling a little less myself.
