 "Writer's Block"
Yes, it happens to the best of people from time to time.  I'm so anxious to begin posting mystery/suspense stories, but my mind is too overwhelmed with ideas.  It's like having too much to sort through, which leaves me quite frustrated.  So, I figured that I could post some stories which I've written in the past, however, I can't find my precious collection.   I've misplaced them and unfortunately, they were not typed and saved on this computer!  I may have to start completely from scratch.  I need to relax enough to allow my ideas to connect the dots, therefore creating the "perfect or near perfect" story plot.

I've been hooked on mystery stories ever since I was a kid.  I used to read  books like "Nancy Drew" among others.  When I became an adult, I read a lot of "Agatha Christie" and "Mary Higgins Clark" books.  I'm still a big fan of these authors.  Until, I sort through my story ideas, I'll probably continue posting more of my poetry.  Right now, I'm feeling very inspired and will indeed overcome my writer's block.  I'll look forward to anyone's feedback.  Thanks to my readers and friends!

I often find that if I have writer's block, and just start writing with nothing in particular in mind, stuff just comes to me and starts flowing! :o It's evident in a lot of my blogs.. Good luck! :D

When I get writer's block, I make sure I'm in a silent environment, write whatever's on my mind at the moment and it usually sees to flow or I write the last sentence I wrote over and over and then my ideas usually come together. Or I close my eyes and draw doodles on my paper without looking and thinking until I can think of more ideas. Hope this helps. :] Sometimes if you wait a while, your thoughts will seem to come together a few days later.
