I don't know what my problem is. I feel like I can't think! Every time I try to read something, I have to read the same paragraph atleast three times in order to get it. I can't process thoughts like I used to. I want to go to the doctor's office, but I don't know how to go about it. Do I call the hospital and tell them I need an appointment to deal with some anxiety? I am sure I have anxiety, though I think I have other problems to deal with as well. I should make an appointment with a psychiatrist, or a psychologist, but I don't know what my insurance covers, and I don't know where to make the appointment. 
I feel like I am going freakin insane.

Welcome to my world approximately 20 years ago. You know its bad when you start getting nervous and panicking about it. Sure, you could ask for help in paying a therapist. It might work better for you. I dont know how to find/assign one either.

I know what it is like to struggle with concentrating. Our minds are thinking so many things at once. And, if anyone lays another stack of papers on our minds, it just complicates the matter. Pretty soon, you feel like you are buried in tasks and thoughts...breathing becomes hard.

20 yrs later, it isn't much better. Best you can do is do what you can to maintain control over your life. Once you feel secure/stable, the concentration may get easier. I dont know. I am just responding to something you said that I am familiar with experiencing.

Reduce what causes the "stress", and remember to breathe. When you feel you are losing your mind, take a deep breath, rub your eyes and breathe again if need be. If you have been sitting too long, try taking a short walk outdoors.
