I feel lousy today. Completely, utterly, all of that. School went lousy, almost failed the dictation for mandarin (but my teacher said that was acceptable since I wasn't here yesterday and didn't know), and missed out on my favourite long jump in PE because I thought it was going to be running and asked my mum for a note instead.

English was horrible...torture. And, considering it's my favourite subject (not the teacher, though), that's pretty ironic. But honestly, why do we have to write an analysis in pairs (and on A3 paper) and due in for Monday??

But apart from all that, I'd have been quite happy if it wasn't for this stupid letter I received from the school I'm entering for. Not the one I mentioned earlier - the other one I only contacted yesterday, requesting for a prospectus. Actually, this was the first school I had contacted (some time last June) when searching for a school on the internet.

Anyways, I was quite happily writing a poem for mother's day with my brother when I decided to check my e-mail, and guess what? They wrote back and said they had no records of me! So now I have to start all over again and write a resume (yes, they do actually require one, even though it's only a secondary school), give them my school reports...etc.

The only thing that can be said is that at least this term's reports are better than the one I submitted last time, so I hope that even if the other school doesn't have any spaces left, this one will.

Please, please, please let me get in at least one of these schools, preferably the former but I really don't care. PLEASE!!! Amen.
