There once was a girl called Lizzy,
Who had to make herself dizzy.
She spun round and round,
All day with no sound,
Just turned round and round did Lizzy.

Now one day Lizzy was really dizzy,
After spinning till her eyes were blizzy.
She didn't look,
And fell pablook,
No longer was Lizzy ever dizzy.
