Can we all agree that everyone in the world is a consumer of some sort? In other words, everyone buys something, therefore we are all consumers. So my question is--What are the top five things that drive a consumer to return as a customer to a product or service, and what causes them to give outstanding referals? The best advertising is and always will be word of mouth. What makes a person happy in a product or service? Thank you for reading, please give me your ideas and/or advice. |
