Another poem I wrote.
I know I'm not the one you want,
But you're the one I need.
Ever since I met you,
My life's been like a dream.
Everytime I'm with you
I feel so good inside.
When you tell me I am beautiful,
My happiness I cannot hide.
You can always make me smile,
Through the good times and the bad
Some of the times we shared together
Were the best I've ever had.
I promise that I'd never hurt you,
I'd do anything for you
So hold me in your arms once more,
Make my dreams come true.
Because I cannot hide it anymore.
I am falling in love with you. |

I LOVE this... I'm going through the exact same thing right now...
Write on, my friend... This is glorious. You convey the raw emotion behind what you're feeling expertly. I'm going to have to read more of your stuff; I think this is absolutely gorgeous.
