 A Case of the Mondays
So this week, yah, already jammin. I had my day off Sunday which turned into me cleaning the house, eating for the first time since Friday's sickness, going in to the Daily News from 3-8 for my article, which printed on page 3. I then overslept for TIS, missing my hours for orientation, but didn't get into trouble. Thank God! So I rolled into work at T.I.S. with a healthy demeanour. As tired, exhausted and slightly overwhelmed as I've been, I handled it. I got my some stuff done, and I'm going back there after my shift at the DN Ad office. I think I might have my second artilce, too. It'd be for this Thursday's paper. I'm pretty stoked to see how things are coming along for me considering half a year ago I was released from the hospital and not sure what would be of my Christmas, much less remainder at Ball State. I've thought about finishing up at USI back in Evansville, but I got one more year, and I really want to see what I can do. I push myself harder than anyone else I know, so I'm going to turn potential into success. I've made some strides, taking a stand for myself and not letting people walk over me. I'm not saying its like I'm manipulated by the world, but people who I try to be friends with don't have it, but when they want something, they expect me to do it, since "I'm a gentleman." I've already had four (4) people ask me if I'm okay, just because I'm not as 'Bounce' as I normally am. Haha, humorous, but annoying as it is, I'm fine. I don't know if people genuinely care, but I hope they do. I know I do! I think I'm just ready for my vacation in August, only 6 more weeks. Glorious! Then my JT concert and excursion to Tennessee. I'm ready for fall. I try not to let myself get anxious for it, but you can't blame me for being eager and overwhelmed by my recent success and strides. I've recovered quite nicely. Tonight, since I'm still fried from a tanning bed from hell, aka the Genesis bed, I'm gonna lighten up the workout this week, or at least the first 3 days. Plus, side note, I get my car back Thursday or Friday. I'm glad I have the courage to write on here. Being as private as I would like to be, this is still therapeutic because I risk people reading, judging, etc. and I still excel with it. I'm surprised by the number of views on here. Thank you! Well, look for that article on page 3 of Monday, June 25, 2007 edition of the DN and possibly another one this Thursday, June 28, 2007. This weekend my roommate has drill so I know I'm gonna wash the car and clean it out. Then do some grocery shopping. Peace and God Bless!
