Hello Everyone!

My name is Ryan Furlong and I AM a Technical Recruiter from Technisource.  Born and raised on the East Coast in New Jersey, New Hampshire, and Pennsylvania, I've only recently moved here within the last 4-5 years.  California is extremely hot, still not really used to it.

Anyway, a little bit on my background.  I've always had a knack for technology.  I love staying on top of things, being up to date, and I LOVE to know what's going on in the IT world and news in general. 

I took my CNNA course my first time in my Junior year of High School in PA, and renewed it in College out here in California.  I do plan on getting my AA and additionally getting my CCNP as well, but that's another topic.

I now recruit for IT in the SF Bay Area/Silicon Valley.  It has been my pleasure to work with really fine companies, both big and small with goals far and wide.  This blog will be dedicated to talk about my professional life, what I'm having trouble with at work (without slandering anyone/anything) and to hear feedback from other IT professionals and anyone else in the industry.

Oh, btw, I have no problem typing in "lolcat", "1337", "/b", or any other crazy internet acronyms and terms.  So I hope you've brushed up your internet forum trolling!
