Am I the only person who has ever dreamed about living in a loft? I think they are just the coolest looking apartments out there. All that open space, just makes me happy. Although given the choice between a loft and a house I would have to see where and what the house looks like. I would never buy a house in the southwest, specifically PHX because people block out their backyards with big, ugly cement bricks. It's so wrong. Backyards are meant to be open and if you are going to block off the neighbors do it with some trees, shrubs or a nice wooden fence like my parents neighbors did (used all three, they really must not have liked living next to a family of 7). But back to my loft. I think all that open space must feed creativity. For me anyway. Too many walls make me feel trapped. Oh loft dream....maybe someday you'll come true.
