Here we are the middle of April, and snowing again..a very bad pain day, all night and this a.m., the meds dont seem to be working to-day..So I decided to try something I haven't done for years, a light hypnotic state and project myself to a warmer pain free state.
A wonderfull experiance, if you have not tried it, I highly recomend it.
