I have started a yahoo group that is nothing more than a list of links to inspire christians to get out of their damaging "faith". I understand that many christians would join this group so I have made a blog. I would like to start out by saying that contray to popular thought, close to zero christians were ever killed becuse of their faith in Rome. Yes, christians were killed but because of other reasons not their faith.
In history the ones who have really suffered are the pagans. Now remeber, paganism is the orginal faith, ever since cavemen formed simple faiths they were pagan. Not only have pagans been tortured by christians but they also have had everything that was theirs twisted and turned into the very monster killing them.
EVERYTHING IN THE BIBLE WAS STOLEN FROM PAGANS AND TWISTED
Christianity is not a real religon because it has nothing of it's own. The cross was taken from the equal-armed pagan cross the represented the human soul. "Jesus" was taken from over 18 plus stories of pagan "saviors" being nailed to a tree, including Odin. The virgin bitch(I mean mary)'s title "Queen of Heaven" was stolen from the goddess Isis. "Let there be light" was taken from the ancient god Enki and "Noah's Flood" was a pagan Summerian story in which the god Enlil decided to kill everything on Earth with a flood but Enki told one man to build and boat and take animals onboard.
The garmets worn by the pope are nothing but a cheap rip-off of an Egyption pharoh's headress. Most christian churchs were built on top of pagan temples and all christian holidays are meant to get rid of the old pagan ones. Take "Christmas" the christmas tree is the most pagan holiday symbol there is. It was the home of the tree spirits and mistole was also pagan. Some of the ideas behind the iconic "Santa Claus" are based on the god Odin.
The pagan christmas was a gift-giving time and everyone would party with friends and family. Halloween is next up, called "Samhin" by driuds it was the time when prankster spirits roamed the land. Children and adults would dress up in costume to trick these spirits. Children would travell from house to house saying "trick or treat", the people would give the children small cakes and send them on their way. Besides that, it was a time of celebration of the years crops.
The holiday, "Easter" is celebrated by christians today as the day "Jesus" came back to life. First called Ostara(after the goddess of spring), Eastre, and some other names, it was also a pagan hoilday. The rabbit, eggs, and ducks were seen as symbols of life and reproduction. It was a celebration of spring.
Valentine's Day was also a pagan hoilday!
It started as a Roman Festival in which men played a lottery game to see what woman they would have to "satsify" for the rest of the year. Cupid is the Roman god of erotic love but was made to look less important by the church when they took over the hoilday.
Most if not all other "christian hoildays" are taken from pagan ones.
Now lets talk about the pentagram. Many today think it is the symbol of evil but it is not. The first pentagrams were found drawn in stone-age caves. The points of the star represent the elements while the circle around it means "forever".
Sometimes it is seen with a goats head, it is a ram, a pagan symbol of fertility and strength.
What about the bible? It is a rip-off of old pagan stories and was done by a bunch of drunk lunatics.
Please click here to read about the injustice, cruelty, sexual perversion, absurdity, contradictions, and sexism in the bible.
Is there a God?
Yes, he has been with us since before the dawn of time and has been called many things. In anceint Summeria he was called Enki, Ea in Babylon, Cerrunnos in Celtic tradtions, Melek Taus in Yezidi culture, Lucifer in Roman faith, and much more. Enki is the god of all pagan gods and if paganism is the first and true faith than we must conclude that Enki is the true god.
We have already decided that due to christianity's lack of anything orginal that it is not a "real" faith but instead it is stolen bits and peices of others. Jewish people and Islamic people follow the same "god" so they are out to. What does that leave us with? Paganism.
Riddle me this, what happens to people born before christianity? Are they all going to "burn in Hell?"
That one statment is the final nail in the coffin, paganism is as old as history and prehistory, "our god" has always been with us. Why is it that every culture has a god of wisdom who's symbol is the snake? The snake is Enki's symbol because it is DNA. DNA looks like two entwined snakes! Snakes were always the symbol of health and healing to pagans and is now the symbol of medicine in modern times.
The Summerian Creation story talks about Enki walking the Earth with his two partners and nameing all places. He also walked on water and carried a staff. This was thousands of years BEFRORE the bible was written
He is known as "The Horned God" to wiccans and in some other pagan faiths because he had horns or antlers to symbolize his mastery of wilderness and all animals. In Rome he was called Lucifer which means "Light-Bearer". He was the god of the morning star and of wisdom and kindness. His name was used for the bad guy in the bible because he was such a popular god and christians wanted to be on top!
Lucifer is not evil!
"Jehovah" is the real evil one.
The bible may be the most bought book, but it is the least read, spread the word!
Like I said in at the top of the page, Christians whine that they were persucuted. Rome was a center of Tolerance untill they had to screw things up. What about the Inquisition? Non-christians were crushed to death, pulled apart, had their breasts ripped off, had two-inch metal pairs put into their mouth and expanded untill it ripped their head off their neck, why? Because they were not Christian. Thats it.
Loss of human life:
Salzburg, Austria, 1677-1681 over 100 murdered
Basque region of the Pyrenees; 1608, Lawyer Pierre de Lancre was sent to the region to "root out and destroy those who worshipped Pagan Gods." Over 600 tortured and murdered.
Witch judge Henri Boguet c. 1550-1619 sent some 600 victims to their deaths in Burgundy, many of them young children who were systematically tortured and then burned alive.
A pregnant woman was burned alive and from the trauma, she gave birth before she died. The baby was tossed back into the flames.
Swedish town of Mora, 1669, more than 300 murdered. Among them, 15 children. 36 children between the ages of 9 and 15 were made to run the gauntlet and were beaten with rods upon their hands once a week for an entire year. Twenty of the youngest children, all under the age of 9 were whipped on their hands at the church door for 3 sundays in succession. Many more were severaly beaten for witchcraft offenses.
In Scotland, under the rule of Oliver Cromwell, a total of 120 in a single month were murdered in 1661. Estimates of the total dead have been as high as 17,000 between 1563 and 1603.
In Würzburg, Germany, the Chancellor wrote a graphic account in the year of 1629:
"...there are three hundred children of three or four years, who are said to have had intercourse with the Devil. I have seen children of seven put to death, and brave little scholars of ten, twelve, fourteen and fifteen years of age..."
Between the years of 1623 and 1633, some 900 "witches" were put to death throughout Würzburg. This was largely maintained by the Jesuits.
The Chronicler of Treves reported in 1586 that the entire female population of two villages was wiped out by inquisitors. Only two women were left alive.
Noted cases included the Knights Templar, Joan of Arc who was chained by the neck, hands and feet and locked in a cramped iron cage, Galileo, who stated that the Earth revolved around the Sun and was not the center of the universe as the church taught(See above).
The above accounts were taken from Cassel Dictionary of Witchcraft by David Pickering.
On Sunday, March 12th, 2002, the Pope John Paul II apologized for the "errors of his church for the last 2000 years."
----ExposeingChristianity.com
Hey Pope, fuck you. An apologie sure made their suffering easier. Christians still persucute pagans. They still whine about how they were treated and wave off this massarce like it was nothing. Not one of these christian scum ever payed for what they did in this life, May Enki make them pay.

The above were heated untill red-hot and then used to rip the flesh off of people. Some were skined alive.

These were called "Breast-Rippers", I bet you can figure out what they were for.
"The Christian resolve to find the world evil and ugly, has made the world evil and ugly."
- Friedrich Nietzsche
I hope you got something out of my first post, there will be more of me to come.
Rember what has happened.

I haven't clicked. Not because I don't want to read, but because i'd like to say this without the influence of reading (I'll read after)...
I'm not a christian and I'm no satanist either. I'm me. i have a wealth of experience with the paranormal, enough to understand a few things, and I also know that religion (who put the FUN in fundamentalism??) and greed form the basis for all the wars and poverty in this world.
I'll read in the morning... if it's still here (it's almost morning again here in the UK).

The tag "Christian" I believe means just that. I think you will create much more interest reposting you thoughts under "Non or anti Christian," as in your case Christians forgive and pray for people like you; that the Lord Jesus Christ will very soon bring you to a place in your life where He can touch you and answer the prayers of those who really understand your need and cry for help. Like Jesus, people who sincerely care.
God Bless

Well I have issues with my being a catholic but i would never call them evil.
I know some very good people who are church goers and try everyday to be good people.
also I know people that go every Sunday to church, get down on their knees, pray out loud to whoever but are the meanest sons of bitches one can ever meet.

Interesting.
But let's all get nice, big, humbling REALITY check. No one knows what's correct. No one on the face of the Earth can tell me with real confidence who God is. So to fight over which religion is right, which one is wrong, is absolutely ridiculous.
I'm a Christian, and I'm perfectly aware of these stolen aspects of the faith. Facts and faith can work together. Maybe these aspects have been incorporated into the world's largest religion because they're correct.
As for the Christians v. Pagans, in the past--- absolutely. A lot of Chrisitans sucked. But everyone's got a spotty history. There is something to be said for the progression of mankind's understanding, empathy, etc. I think, as most probably do, that oppression of minorities has lessened.
As for the Christian 'assault' on pagans today, let's face facts--- everyone's out to get everyone else. It's overgeneralized posts coming from bloggers like yadokta that I'm scared of. Are christians are evil? Are you kidding? That's terrifying.
I guess--- there's something to be said for the bond of ignorance in the face of God that all humans share. No one's got a clue; faith is all we've got. I've chosen my path, you've got yours. And as corny as it sounds--- cant we all just get along?

i agree with brightbluecotton. for ceturies people have been pointing at each other and screaming "EVIL!"
i am a pagan and i have no problem with cristians. i am related to quite a few and they are good people.
the inquistion was scared of what they did not understand. as most people are. i am not justifing what they did, simply stating what i think the reason was.

Sounds like you've never met a true Christian (one who follows and acts like Jesus). Not many out there.
