| The most humiliating thing yet...

This is the latest in a long line of humiliating and embarassing things I have found are a consequence of me being a fat cow. I had a bath tonight and when washing myself, found that I couldnt reach round to wash my bee-hind. I am so glad that I am starting LL tomorrow, I cant cope with doing this to myself any longer.
I just dont understand why I have continued to do this to myself, why I have persisted in torturing and maiming my body like this, I am under no illusions that I have caused irreparable damage to my body, the stretchmarks and stretched out skin that will never ever re-tighten without surgical help. It proves to me at least that this is a psychological thing and needs to be appoached with that in mind.
I dont know how often I'll get to post an entry, hopefully once every couple of days, things have been so hectic at work lately that I haven't been able to, but being busy stops me thinking about food, so thats a good thing!
