Success defined in Your Eyes... like fire.
To give You what Your looking for...
I could be nobody that no-one cares and
still give You what Your looking for.
It’s not for the educated, not for the mighty, not for the strong.
It’s not for the wise in their own eyes.
It’s not for the beautiful, exceptional...
For I could be nobody from no-where and
still give You what Your looking for.
For what Your looking for is not what man is looking for.
For man looks on the outside...
But You get to the heart of the matter...
Somehow this is comforting, Somehow this is terrifying too.
Cause there is so much I could do for You....
I could build this and plan that and go here and do that.
And maybe find my way to Your heart.
Somehow that seems that would be an easier plan.
But these aren’t the things that You seek.
Your looking at the heart of Me.
The Why behind what I do what I do.
Why I’m living. Why I’m breathing, My attention, My devotion.
Why it’s my heart.... Wonderful. Terrible.
Cause there’s a place within that no-man can go.
Where it’s You & me, where it’s You & me alone.
There’s a place inside. I’m a garden enclosed.
Where it’s You & me alone. God, it’s You & me alone.
There’s a reservoir that’s reserved for You...
That no man can see or ever enter in.
There’s a place inside behind the face where life takes place.
There’s a place within reserved for You..
For Your Spirit like a river bubbling up within.
Life inside like a Holy, Holy Fire.
Shekinah Glory, You’re my desire.
And no man can go to this place within
Where it’s You & me alone... You & me alone.
There’s a place within where You meet with me.
I’m Your great escape, I am Your relief.
I’m Your resting place. I’m Your get away.
I’m your garden enclosed.
And I don’t want to strive with You.
I want to be the resting place of God.
I want to fellowship with You.... Shekinah Glory... Glory.
