I make this recipe every Christmas to give as gifts. It is so easy and everyone loves them.
1 pound of whole pecans
1 egg white
1 Tablespoon of water
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
Beat egg white and water until frothy, but not stiff. In another bowl mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon
Put pecans in the egg white and mix gently stirring until nuts are covered. Pour the cinnamon mixture over the nuts and stir carefully. Place on a cookie sheet single layer and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
MUST STIR EVERY 10 MINUTES TO KEEP FROM BURNING
