 Washing my Sheets
Good morning.
Well, technically.
It is currently... (checks watch)... 1:27 AM in Montreal.
I am eating pink strawberry flavoured MINI WHEATS cereal...
and washing my sheets.
Because it is time for them to be washed.
Today, I finished reading a book. "The World According to Garp" by John Irving. If you haven't heard mentioned of it, you are illiterate.
It was also made into a movie, with Robin Williams, Glenn Close, John Lithgow... I haven't seen it, but it was apparently pretty darn good.
So yeah.
I just finished watching "Shadowlands" with my mum, my aunt, and my stepfather, and we all cried. In case you couldn't tell, I'm a bit of a movie fanatic. Shadowlands is the story of C.S Lewis. It is sad. We all had tears running down our cheeks.
Just like when I watch Romeo & Juliet - or read it. I cry.
Or like New Moon, which isn't quite as much of a litterary classic as Romeo & Juliet, but hey - all in good time.
It's probably more popular within the teenage population, though.
Speaking of New Moon (claps hands together excitedly), the New Moon Movie Calendar was just recently released at Indigo. The book store.
So guess where I'm spending my babysitting money?!
I am so not looking forward to school. Or the end of summer.
Which, technically, just started. We had two weeks of nice weather this summer. THE PERKS OF LIVING IN MONTREAL!! (heavy sarcasm alert - heavy sarcasm alert)
But school starts monday. We'll be going into tenth grade. I'M OFFICIALLY A SOPHOMORE.
Whoop-dee-do. (voice falls)
It's exciting, because I go to a nerd school, so everyone else is excited, which just gets you excited. But then I always remember the amount of work that school entails... and my face falls.
Plop.
Excitement - gone. Nada. Finished.
Well, I'm tired.
I know this is an abrupt end, but I really have nothing to takl about, and my eyelids are drooping... and the alarm on my dryer just went off - time to go get my 400-thread-count Egyptian Cotton purple sheets... (swoons)

Sophomore is grade ten.
So yeah, grade eleven is Juniors...
We can pretend to be seniors. ;)
