You might not believe me, but I completely relate to what you're writing about, even though I'm 28. Feeling that my "care-free" days are gone, it's a scary thought. But you know what? start off small...run barefoot on the beach, giggle like a child, who is really watching? That stranger giving you an odd glance? Maybe somewhere in the back of their minds, you've made them think "hhm...wouldn't it be nice to be a child again." At the very best, think of it as a humanitarian service! (posted in

I am proud of you too, I wish more women would come to this realization. The way I see it, the more you take care of yourself (selfishness out of the equation), the more capable a wife, mother, and citizen you can be, as you're able to make wise decisions- no guilt in that!! (posted in
