I'm having a hard time coming up with things to be grateful for today.
3. Weekends
4. Books
5. TooL
That was tough today. I read in a magazine article to help stop negative thinking to write down every day something you are grateful for. I guess it doesn't have to be five, though that's the number I've been doing. It does help me to think about the positive, rather than dwell on the negative.

excellent process!
(i should probably do the same...)
but something i can't figure out is why people always leave cheesecake and hedgehogs off their lists.
it seems like a no-brainer to me.
ok - maybe i'm wierd.
