i am really glad that ladie g commented to bring me back. i've been really super stressed lately. like to the point of panic attacks that feel like i might be having a heart attack. yea, i know...i'm just all around mental.
been having some problems with my marriage, but i don't feel like i can go into it here. mostly b/c i don't want him to think i am bad mouthing him on the internet. but it's been hard on me and has taken a toll. at least i've lost some weight.
other than that, things are working out well. finally met with the teacher and principal as well as the school counselor. i was really glad the counselor was at the meeting. she sided with me on several issues and ended up giving the teacher more advice about handling luke than she did me. she made a point of saying that there was nothing wrong with luke just b/c he was a sensitive child, which was my point all along. he seems to be doing better there, but he's only been back at school for a few days since the holiday break. his b-day is sunday and he is so excited about turning 7.
my best girlfriend at work was laid off and her last day was the end of the year. that was sad. our little company is down to about 50 people. we used to have over 200. it's very quiet there now and it isn't the same place. but i am making the best of it and just diving into my work, learning about genetic testing, etc.
been feeling the need to make some positive changes in my life. so i did start working out. and i've been spending less time on the computer and more time trying to organize the chaos that is my home.
i've missed reading everyone's blogs. i'll be back more often now that i am feeling better. :)

I think it's in the air lately. I'm blah and panic ridden at the same time. Mandie was down and the list goes on. But I am SO glad you're back and I hope things work out for you. If we get transferred to KY-we are having coffee sometime :)

welcome back, sorry to hear about your marriage and your anxiety...
I've had my share of panic attacks and they are no fun, but the problem is, the pain is real, so you are not sure what to do, once I was jogging and I wasnt sure if I was having a panic attack or a heart attack and I didnt want to be road kill, so I jogged right into the emergency room and asked them to hook me up, and then Id be on my way.
It can be embarassing.
