| The New Me: Day 3 |

Oh man oh man did I screw up! I didnt do any exercise at all last night! I could kick myself in the ass for that! So today I am walking 4 miles instead of my usual 2 to make up for yesterday. I must do that to keep on track.
What I ate yesterday....wasnt all that healthy although the portions were small.
Morning:
-Coffee (1cup)
-Water
-Watermelon
Lunch:
-Tiny celeste pizza (bad I know, but at least its small!!!)
-1/2 of a soda
Snack:
-Watermelon
Dinner:
-Baked Chicken
-Asparagus
-Corn
-Green Beans
-Mased Potatoes
-Soda
I messed up on soda last night big time....but I did drink water in between....so thats a plus.
Im getting back on track today before I get too bad.... ;)
I brough some peanuts for today to much on so I dont get so hungry. I want a salad for lunch....
4 miles tonight and 2 big hills....wish me luck!
