A brief note on what Mr Philip Howard of the Times calls etiket. I’m new to this site and new to blogging, so I just want to apologise if I’m doing any of it wrong. I’ve only intermittent access to the internet so I post when I can and don’t often have time to look at other people’s blogs in great detail, let alone comment.
