It's doubtful anyone can change a womanizer, but a womanizer can
change himself, if he so desires. A beautiful woman falling in
his lap would tempt any heterosexual man, regardless of his
success, sophistication, or wealth. However, given the right
motivation, many men would overcome that temptation. I dare say
most men fantasize about such things, but that most men in
committed relationships would not actually act on their fantasies
should the situation ever actually present itself, as most men
would realize that it's just not worth it.
