| Dream |
The moon that whispered down on you.
The music that he played.
The unuttered words he said to you,
And all the sounds they made.
The striking eyes that captured you.
The hand entwined in yours.
All the things he said, and did,
That left you wanting more.
The smile that made you want to cry.
The tears that showed your heart.
The one that held you close to him.
Gave you your brand new start.
The stars up in the blackened sky.
The gaze that held you tight.
The one to whom you have your love.
That long and endless night.
The cold night air surrounded you.
The stillness made you calm.
The world, it seemed so far away,
From right there, in his arms.
The street light that you stood beneath.
The light that seemed to gleam.
Between you then, you shared something.
A moment, and a dream.
