I have decided that enough is enough. I used to be a very attractive young lady, thin, athletic and I enjoyed life. I live on the beach and for the past 8 years have felt too uncomfortable to go. I live in a very nice area where its nice weather year round. Today is 55 degrees and that's our winter. So you can imagine summers are very hot and humid and you need to wear nearly nothing just to be comfortable. I'm not. I'm not comfortable in shorts and tank tops. It's my thighs are too fat, I have back fat, my arms are flabby. I hate being at my current weight and HAVE to make changes.

My cousin is getting married in Sayulita Mexico in October and I'm the Maid of Honor. The dress is strapless and my fat protrudes over it. We are going to be at a beachfront resort for 7 days. I want to look and feel great.

I figured, if I posted this blog online and had people read it and respond and help me keep track of this goal, then maybe, just maybe I'd stick to it.
