the news lady just said, "dangerfully cold weather coming." i know a little about being dangerful i'll tell you right now. we tied an office chair to a chimney by a rope, and we would start at the top of the roof and slide in arcs. the chair did not stay aimed at the chimney. we thought any accident that didn't require intensive care washilarious. the chair did dump a lot of guys. i strapped my belt around the back slats and did the ride no hands.
it is hugely comforting to have pets. the kitten plays with my shirt all night as i sit sleeping. it likes to sleep on my heart. that's got to be like choosing to sleep in an earthquake zone. but it sleeps like a baby. wait. it IS a baby.
i am all of a sudden cooking all the foods i used to cook when the kids and their mom were here. i guess i was saving them for something. i just did a batch of homefries for a nighttime snack. my body is an ick-rated movie. at least i can eat good. lol. that's how my ancestors would have said it.
tuh-duh! my friend joined thoughts.com today. she is an internet friend i met like before the internet was formed by al gore. however i won't tell you her name so she isn't embarrassed by me when i get on my soapboxes. are there any shrinks who come in here? has anyone studied people like me who only feel we can verify we are alive if we are writing? i am going to type my fingers off. when i die, i will only have stumps and a computer with a REALLY big keyboard. each letter will be three inches in diameter. oh, goodie. the wind chill is going to be -20. anyone out there who bathes and would wanna watch "jane and the dragon" while we snuggle? oops. female. somebody female. oh! my shows are on. bbl |
