This is going to be a short one, I'm on my way to my boyfriend's tonight. Only worked out for an hour and ate 3 meals today. I feel horrible about it, but this is what the average person would do. I'm justifying my eating (and lack of additional workouts today) by convincing myself I needed the food to keep working out at the intensity I do. Also that eating will actually "trick" my metabolism, so it won't totally go into starvation mode. I'm in the safe zone when I get to his house... I can't binge there. As for tomorrow I'll make up for it. |
