Well this is my first blog, I don't normally like this sort of thing the idea of someone else being able to read this kind of bothers me, but I guess as I am the one in charge of when I post...

Well after a few years of expertly smiling, being friendly and approchable and all ways appearing happy, despite my true feelings I finnally cracked and couldn't smile any more. I am sick of everyone thinking i'm ok and that nothing bothers me. I can't take it I feel low most of the time more often the not I sit at home and want to cry for no real reason.

Doctor say - "yep you are depressed, here go talk to a specalist!"

Problem? I hate specalists, judging you, looking at you, analizing you they give me the creeps so my other advice was start an online journal, share you throughts and feelings.

So here I am! complete with fully moods, random thoughts and silly feelings.
