Why aren't they out there? They are, it's just that you sort of have to "feel" your teammates, you can't really look for them. When "the feeling" clicks, it's amazing.
For example, I just recently "clicked" with one of my teammates, and now we're always out on the ice at the same time and whenever he has the puck, I'm wide open and he doesn't even have to think about passing, he just passes and I'm there. (posted in
