Just as many atheletes go over what they are about to do in their minds, you must also go over the part you are about to play, and truely see yourself as the person you are in the play. Don't forget your lines, and learn to really cry when your part calls for a really sad scene. Make sure you always speak loud enough for those in the balcony can hear your every word!!!!
