It was a wonderful day today !!! We got RAIN !!!! - buckets of it !!!
It started during the night !
How wonderful !!!!
For days before, it's been SO hot and sticky - uch !!
But during the night last night, I heard the rain starting, and the wind.
I got up around 3am to check windows,etc.
We had water in the kitchen from an opened window.
Cleaned that up.
I checked the front and back porches and rearranged furniture to make sure it was out of the rain.
Oh my - it's been SO long since we had a rain like this one!
It was absolutely, positively wonderful!
Such a surprise !!!!!!!
And every once in a while, you can hear the green frogs croaking.
Everything - plants included - are happy !!!
