| A terrible dieting week |
If ever there was a week where I completely fell off the wagon, last week was it.
It started with me not making my lunches for the week on Sunday. No biggie, right? I had a decent lunch set aside for Monday, a little shrimp and fruit left over from Sunday's meals.
Monday was an 11 hour day. I still got on my bike when I got home, but I was beat.
The rest of the week I lived with no food anywhere and no energy to go out and get somthing healthy, honestly, the thought of being on my feet for any of my half hour lunch was too much for me. I could have gone to get lunch on my coffee breaks but, yeah, you guessed it, no coffee breaks this week.
I still lost a pound. I ate about a dozen chocolate bars in 5 days and all kinds of sandwhiches, almost no fruit of vegetables.
I doubt I really lost a pound, just sweated out an extra pound I haven't put bak in my system yet.
So, today, Saturday, I am up early. The plan is to do all my running around today, soar back, shoulder, hands and all.
Tomorrow I'm making a huge vegetable stew and slow cookering a pork shoulder.
If I can eat healthy and work this hard I should be able to drop 3-4, maybe even 5 pounds next week.
And that will be nice.
But not as nice as knowing I actually ate healthy all week long
