| Earlist memories |
My earliest memory would be my grandmas (moms mom) funeral. I was around 3 years old. I remember being in the funeral home with several of my cousins all younger than me. My dads mom kept and eye on us in the basement lounge while the service was going on. After the funeral home and cemetery we went back to my grandparents house for the wake. I was running around the yard playing with my cousins. I ran around the front of the house in to the garage to get some toys and was scared to death by a raccoon. When i ran back to my mom and the rest of the family i was screaming and making noises eeeeeeeeeehhh hisssss hisssss trying to describe what I had seen in the garage. Soon they decided to just go look and see what was wrong. My grandpa ended up going and getting his hand gun and shooting at the raccoon. first shit hit the fridge second shot hit the plug on the wall and finally the third hit the raccoon and went threw the roof.
When I was around 4 we moved for the first time off of a dirt rd with a bad side walk to a nice dead end street good side walks great street to grow up.When we moved here I was the only kid on the street for a couple of years. When I was in first grade another kid moved on to the street. His name was Brandon he moved in to a small apt. on the end of the street with his mom whom was going threw a divorce. To say the least we became best friends. We were pretty much inseparable for many years, there really wasn't anything we didn't do together.
When I was 6 my little brother was born my mom was hoping for a girl my aunt and I even went and bought a pink teddy bear for my new sister who turned out to be a 9lb 8oz boy. My aunt and I were close when I was young I would spend the night over her house(still lived with my grandpa). We would bake cookies go shopping and yes I got dressed up like a doll. Honestly I don't know how this ever started but I remember "movie" kisses. As a young child it was mouth closed but heads twisting back and forth. She even had me give her friend Tina "movie" kisses at the mall. Wow ever wonder if all this kind of stuff messed you up later in life?
Not long after my brother was born my parents started having real problems. They had done drugs in the house when I was lil but it was the 80's. I remember seeing them and some of their friends doing coke. At 6 or 7 years old I would pretend to cut coke split it with a razor and roll up a dollar bill to snort it. Who would of thought to this day I still haven't ever tried it. There was always pot in the house when I little. They had an earn that sat on top of the fireplace mantle full of seeds. I would take the top off and just stick my face in it and breath it in. I didn't try pot till I was 23 and haven't had it since.
We had a couple of cockatoos and one night they were in their spare cages in my room that night, my dad came home from work drunk. To this day I don't know what started the fight but they woke me up from a dead sleep. My dad busted in my room grabbed a bird out of its cage and beat my mom with the bird she was cowering on the steps as he stood over her just hitting her with the bird. She started yelling "call 911 call 911". I don't remember if I did but I do remember the cops showing up and taking my dad away that night. He went to his moms for the night and never came for good again. When the cops were there I walked down the stairs and saw a traffic sign in the living room that he had ran over on the way home. He didn't even show up to my brothers first birthday party.
