NCLB
As an administrator, I am very interested in hearing your thoughts on the following question:

What "impact on student achievement"  has occurred in your district as a direct result of the NCLB legislation?

Specifically, I'm looking for ideas to implement in my own district to maximize student learning as well as pitfalls to avoid.

I understand your frustration with the point system, but perhaps she will advance by first mastering material in which she can succeed before moving on to more difficult books. It's also sad that you feel so pressured with your son's abilities at such a young age. Were you ever able to meet with his teachers on his progress?
