I sometimes am down and I need to believe.
I need to believe that the sun will come up.
I need to believe that the sun will go down.
Well that bit was easy enough - now the real dark side takes over and I need to believe that Elvis was spirited away and didn't die the way they said in the newspaper.
I need to believe that politicians really do care.
I need to believe that when we carpet bomb some poor bxxxxx out of existence that God wanted it that way.
I need to believe that when they bomb us that God is on our side and will send them a plague.
I need to believe that there is a God and that he is listening, and isn't watching re-runs of I Love Lucy like 80% of the world.
I need to believe in something and so I believe I'll have another beer.......before I say anything ridiculous.
Enjoyed that....feel better now.....hope you do too.....

Trust yourself, show others good in the world. Believe in good. visualize world peace and ask others to do the same.

I too need to believe in something-feel like all is lost these days.Recently lost someone very dear to me and still wonder why the good ones are always first to be taken from our lives?Hoping there is a bright side,but ever skeptical...
