We've carried on with our exercise/time away from each other plan, it is going ok. I feel great working out at least. I suppose for each of us it starts with feeling better about your self...sounds like something DR Phil would say. Valentines day came and gone, I told him I didnt even want to celebrate it. So we didn't. I did however suggest we write 10 things we are appreciative about for each other, he was actually up for it. He did good. It was a good exercise actually, he agreed. We have been talking more, I took anothers suggestion and had told him exactly what I needed from him, he was receptive. A bit defensive at first but we talked it out. We went out the 2 of us on Fri for a dinner and a move, my aunt watched the kids (Thanks God for her). It was nice. So bottom line we are working on it, neither one of us wants to give up...neither one of us will give up.
