 Constellations
I went jogging again! I knew I wanted to do it again, but I couldn't have predicted I'd actually go through with it. This time, instead of going at midnight I went at about 4:20am (I'm almost out of pot). Its stopped raining but its getting colder outside - which I like. I kept a fast walk/light jog sort-of pace and after roughly 30minutes, a gorgeous encounter with nature, and a few slippery spots I returned home.

Two ponds are a short distance from our front door and there's actually a road where you can stand between the two of them and you have a huge patch of sky up above. I'm not used to seeing so much sky since we've been living in the down town area for roughly 4 years. It was gorgeous! I stopped to pick out a few constellations (I was really only able to find Orion's belt and the little dipper... could've been the big dipper) and watch my breath appear and then quickly disappear. I heard birds waking up - I swear I heard a Canadian goose laugh at me. I happily yelled "hello!" and then it laughed again.

It was a nice outing and I plan to do it again tomorrow. No ones around and its so quiet!

So far I've lost about 5lbs since my last posting. We bought a new scale since we think the other one is broken/a little old -- I've had it for about 6 years.. maybe 7. But the new one seems to be defective. One of the battery slots wont keep the battery in for longer than 2seconds.

My sleeping schedule is so messed up. Yesterday I went to bed at about 4:15am and got up at about 2pm. Ate breakfast and then went back to sleep from about 4pm to 6pm and I've been awake since. This doesn't seem like a good eating schedule. I know I should be having 5 or 6 little/light meals throughout the day instead of one big one - but sleep is so niice!

Thank you for the comment last week - I look forward to more in the future. I thought of it as I jogged today. It made me go further than last week.. way further! No runner's high this time... I wonder why that is..
