 Doing So Much Better
Well this week has been great!! Diet and Exercise has been good! I bought a book earlier this week called Fit to Live. I have learned so much from it (i haven’t finished it yet) but as i am reading it i am realizing that everything makes since now!

I realized now why i hadn’t truly started my diet; i was too full of toxic stress and mental fat! I was angry with myself for letting me get so fat and i kept telling myself you’ll never be that thin in shape person again! I was failing before i even stared! I kept telling myself it was going to be too hard to diet and eat right, but then i finally realized that it is harder to keep going to the store to buy new pants because i am busting the seams for my old ones than to diet and exercise! I am also trying to avoid that work diet, because i want this to be a life change not just a quick fix.

So far this week, i have stayed on track and i am very happy with that! I hope everyone else is doing great! Until next time...keep it up!!!

I'm really encouraged by your blog. I know I need to get off my duff and get to work because I'm a little "fluffy" myself. (Notice I didn't say fat lol). I also don't like the word diet. Just saying it make me feel instantly deprived. I'm not going on a "d word". I prefer to call it a healty plan for prolonging my life. I've found it to be true that I can eat anything I want but in moderation. That's the key. I don't set a specific date to lose X amount of pounds. It's a lifelong change in the way I consume food, a day by day process, a journey. I wish you success on your journey.
