Right, been a way for a while and i havnt blogged some stuff but i can't be bothered to do it cus it would take ages. This is just from last night... (well actually i woke at about 8 am and then fell asleep again, its this type of sleep where dreaming is most common)
____________________________________________________________ _______
I begin stood at a gate or fence in a feild. The rest of the feild is surrounded by dry stone walls and the sky is deeply overcast, its just been raining. I then go over the gate/fence and end up in a small white car, its an old model that i don't recognise. I am sat in the passanger seat and my stepdad is driving, my mum, sister and step brother are in the back. We are then driving along this country road with the drystone walls either side, it seems as if there is only one lane. Then this red car of the same model appears behind us and is full of yobs who i think are joyriding. My mum doesnt like this situation so she says that we need to let them past, which is of course impossible on this road so we keep driving.
Eventually there is this peterol station so we quickly turn into the enterance and drive straight out the exit to get behind this car. (you have to bare in mind that although this all seemed real to me it looked quite surreal as there were these weird blurs coming from behind the cars and none of the building were built straigt) Then suddenly my step dad dissapears and there is a moment of panik. My view now changes to me looking down on the car from above and i see my self sat in the passangers seat. My mum says try to steer the car but for some reason i cant but then i get this bright idea to lean out the window and push the bonnet arround (this is where the surrealism really kicks in) It turns out the car is completly flexible and with enough fource the bonnet can be bent round to steer the car ( I belive this may have origionated from the bendy bus on the London Olympics cartoon at the closing ceromony of Beijing).
Anyway, i keep up this act of bending the bonnet round when the rain starts falling. After a short while we end up in this village (still looking from above), the houses in the village resemble the buildings from the 'Overgrown' level on COD 4, the roads are very wobbaly and its hard to steer. We quickly get to the top of this very steep looking cobbled hill, the air is very misty and yellow in colour, it is my desision that we will not beable to go down as it would be too hard to manover so i manage to turn us around and we go back to the centre of the village (which is actually two houses away, thats how weird this village is. Back at the round about we take the only other option to then find the road is very overgrown by trees and the road itself actually narrows and turns into a dirt track. I stop the car and we get out. Still as if we are being chased we walk down the dirt track, still overgrown by trees when we get to this waist high wall where there is a large drop into the fields below. I then say 'oh, somebody has cut the ivy down, we wont be able to go down'. And indeed they had, there was a pile of dead ivy at the bottom of the drop and clear cutting marks on the ivy still at the top of the wall. I suggest we look for another route so i begin walking back the way we came, no body follows me though so i suddenly feel really lonely. It seemed to take me ages to walk this distance that only a few moments ago took no time atall. I eventually end up really far away from the rest of my family but i eventually end up at the top of the steep hill that i mentioned earlier. The sky is still misty and very yellow.
I hear a call from my step dad, he says they've found a way down the wall. I dunno where he came from but the last time i saw him was at the pererol staition. Again it takes no time atall to reach the top of the wall that i was at, i see my step dad stood on this almost verticle surface on top of a wall perpendicular to the big wall. It seems as if this other wall is actually in someones garden but i can clearly see the dangers involved in jumping the gap and being able to stand up on it. Anyway, my sister and step brother get across and it is me and my mum who is left. My step dad then makes it all the way down to the field by climbing down a large pile of garden cuttings. I now decide i need to get across so i jump only to realise that the surface that i thought was almost verticle wasnt as verticle as i though. This a exclaim to my sister who is stood next to me on this wall. To get down all of the way i jump across to the pile of garden cuttings and whilst getting my ballance i see my step dad back up at the wall helping my mum down. He then stamps on a pile of leaves that are lodged between this second wall and what seems to be a church. As he stamps them down he says 'Look! these have been building up for the past three years!' (yea, no idea either).
I continue to climb down this pile of cutting and end up at the bottom where on the ground are a load of dead plants, still in the ground but the leaves are pushed right down. Its for some reason quite scary as i feel like the plants could suddenly reach up and grab me, it doesnt help that the leaves are hairy and are brushing on my legs. Eventually we all make it to the bottom and whilst walking through the feild to get home i wake up.

When i woke it really felt as if the wall was an actual place that i had been to before where it was normal to have to climb up the ivy to get along the route. And it actually took some time for me to realise that it wasn't a real place atall...
